Weather it be a wedding for 60 or 200 our catering team can provide everything from a sit-down formal style wedding to a more casual canape style event.

    Booking Form

​Please confirm catering choices 60 days prior to your wedding day

Final numbers and running sheet are to be confirmed 14 days prior to your wedding day
Prices quoted are valid based on the specific dates / requirements as documented in the quotation. Any variation to
the requirements may negate the prices quoted.

Booking/Deposit Fee
A booking fee of $150.00 is required to secure your booking - this amount is non-refundable if the
booking is cancelled at any time.
Albert & Co Catering requires a $600 deposit to secure your booking. This amount comes off your
total invoice and is in line with our cancelation policy
Please note the booking is not secured until both the booking fee and/or deposit is paid in full.

Event Cancellation/Postponement Policy
Cancellation of booking must be received in writing. Albert & Co reserves the right to withhold all or
part of the deposit for administration and service costs incurred, as outlined below

0-14 Days prior to confirmed function date                           100% of total quoted wedding charges
Please note each cancellation will be reviewed for each event, we understand some events are
cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and we will take this into consideration

Postponement Policy
If postponement is required Albert & Co Catering will work with you in securing an available
alternative date.

Payment
Final Payment is required upon confirmation of final numbers and within 14 days of the event.
Any extra items required after final payment is made will be invoiced separately and requires
payment as per the Albert & Co invoicing terms and conditions.
 
Provision of Goods and Services
Clients are responsible for the costs in ensuring set-up and breakdown of all equipment arranged by
external suppliers. All deliveries to Albert & Co must be advised prior to the delivery of goods.
Storage space is limited and we would prefer delivery of goods as close to the event as possible.
Albert & Co will not be responsible for any items discarded after the event.

Noise Complaints
Albert & Co Wedding Reception bookings - Please note there may be a fee charged for any noise
complaints from other guests with regards to your group. Music and Entertainment must cease at
11:30pm, NO exceptions.

Loss, Damage and Insurance
The client is responsible at all times for any loss or damage to the property of Albert & Co caused by
the client’s guests and invitees.  Event organisers are financially responsible for any damage
sustained to the fittings, property or equipment by client, guest, or outside contractors prior to,
during or after an event.  We are extremely careful when looking after guests and their belongings.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items before, during and after
an event. We therefore suggest insurance cover be arranged for respective goods.
A cleaning fee will be charged for any cleaning required outside reasonable standards.

 Compliance
The organiser will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of delegates and Albert & Co
reserves the right to remove those persons who in its opinion are conducting themselves in a
manner which is causing a disturbance or nuisance.
 
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of inability to comply with any of the provisions of this contract by virtue of any
cessation or interruption of electricity or gas supplies, industry disputes, plant or equipment failure,
unavailability of food items or other unforeseen contingency, Albert & Co reserves the right to
cancel any booking or refund any deposit without notice at any time. Due to unforeseen
circumstances, Albert & Co reserves the right to substitute similar or comparable venues (with
discussion and coordination with the event organiser). Every effort will be made to advise the clients
in advance.
 
Taxes
Where applicable, all Goods & Service Tax (GST) and local taxes have been included in prices
quoted. Itemized tax invoice will be provided once the goods and services have been supplied.
Subject to new government taxes or changes to existing tax legislation (State or Federal) affecting
associated services, Albert & Co reserves the right to vary the conditions of the contract and
proposal accordingly.

Amendments to these agreements shall only be valid if made in writing, and agreed to in writing by a Albert & Co Catering
Representative, silent acceptance cannot be assumed. The waiver of any terms and conditions for one particular occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of such terms and conditions for any future occasions.
